Team Leader:
Our Venue Prep Lead ensures the foundation of your reception is flawlessly set before you arrive. They handle the essential 'base setup' of the venue, including the professional arrangement of all tables and chairs, as well as the placement of linens, plates, silverware, and glassware.
Note: While we handle the venue essentials, your personal decor, florals, and centerpiece styling remain the creative touch of your chosen coordinator or design team.
Professional Bartender:
Included in your venue rental to keep the celebration flowing.
Guest & Safety Attendant:
On-site support for parking and fire-side gatherings.

Redbud Cottage
On-Site Intimacy
Located right on the AMS property, the Redbud Cottage is an 800-square-foot sanctuary of bright, airy charm. Designed for comfort and style, this cozy retreat offers a private, serene home base just steps away from the heart of the celebration.

Capacity: Sleeps up to 4 guests—perfect for an intimate stay or a peaceful daytime retreat.

More Than Just a Place to Stay
Whether you are using the cottage as your morning-of getting ready suite—surrounded by natural light and your favorite people—or as a quiet sanctuary during the reception, it’s an invaluable part of the day. It’s the perfect spot for kids to take a nap, elderly guests to recharge, or for you to catch a private moment of calm before the festivities.

A Note on Timing:
For our Wedding Weekend couples, the cottage is yours for the full duration. For single-day rentals, check-in begins at 12:00 PM. To make your morning even more seamless, you have the option (starting 3 months prior to your date) to add the night before so you can wake up on-site!
Magnolia Meadows
The Country Estate Retreat
For those who envision a grand yet intimate gathering place, Magnolia Meadows is a stunning colonial-style home tucked away on 3 private acres (just 12 minutes from the venue).
This estate is the ultimate home base for your inner circle—whether it’s a large wedding party or a close-knit group of family and friends looking to share a memorable weekend together.

The Suite: A dedicated upstairs Bridal Suite featuring antique family furnishings, a historic tri-fold mirror, and a spacious dressing area with multiple sinks.

Willow Cottage
Willow Cottage is both our groom’s get-ready space and honeymoon cottage, thoughtfully designed so no detail is overlooked.
Featuring a big-screen TV, peaceful views, and fishing just steps away, it offers a relaxed place to unwind before the ceremony.
It then becomes your private retreat on the night of your wedding—the perfect beginning to your first moments together as newlyweds.
The Treehouse
The Tree House offers a one-of-a-kind stay nestled among the trees, sleeping up to six guests.
With a dedicated game room featuring pool, foosball, and darts, it’s the perfect place for guy time, laughs, and unwinding together during your wedding weekend.
Designed for comfort and fun, the Tree House adds a relaxed, memorable element to the celebration.

Classic Weekend: 3-day access (Friday–Sunday) with lodging for 6 guests. Everything that's included in our Classic Wedding Package. Plus the gift of time, Friday venue access from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM for your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and time to bring your items into the venue so you can enjoy a more relaxed wedding day.

We provide a dedicated three-person staff to handle the heavy lifting—from table setup and guest parking to clearing dinner plates and tending the fire pit.
You get the high-end "mountain luxury" look with our decor, sheer ivory ceiling drapes, vintage lounge seating, and full porcelain dinnerware already included in the price.
The Highlight: Your wedding night is covered! This package includes an overnight stay in both on-site cottages, allowing you to celebrate until the stars come out and wake up just steps away from the lake.

🌸Small Scale, Grand Style
Forget the "all or nothing"
approach to weddings.
Our Micro Wedding package is designed for couples who want the sophisticated atmosphere of a full-scale celebration but prefer the intimacy of their very closest circle.
With a more intimate guest list of up to 50 people. It bridges the gap between a quick elopement and a large-scale event, providing a 5-hour window for your celebration.
